"Be the Light" is a handbook equipping today's youth to face and overcome life's many challenges by providing sound Biblical solutions. Although the book is designed for the teen/tween population, I find myself reviewing the verses, learning and growing, even as an adult. It is a constant reminder to be the bigger person in any situation. Our purpose on earth is to be the light so that everyone will know we are Christians by our love. The author hit the nail on the head with this one! Be the Light is not just a book, it is a movement; a movement to make this world a better place.

A wonderful, uplifting book for today's youth!

This book is a gem for young tweens/teens today. Actually, at well past my teen years, I was very uplifted after reading through it and can't wait to share it with my daughters! It is a book I will encourage them to reach for when facing challenges, and there seem to be plenty of those in today's world! How wonderful would it be if this book could be on the shelves of every school library! A child in need of encouragement could pick it up, and find his/her light.

Be The Light - wonderful resource about life

I want my grandchildren to understand the difference between right/wrong and realize their decisions have consequences--good and bad. I want them to possess the character and values required to make good decisions in a world where evil seeks to lure them to do bad things. Be The Light Volume 1 and Volume 2 by Denise Rezsonya are perfect resources to help guide them in the proper direction. Both books are well written and present topics children face daily in real life. The author presents each topic separately, including supporting Bible verses. The books are perfect for discussion groups or reading as an individual. They were written for teens/tweens, but after reading them, I realized how valuable they are for adults also. I found many of the topics very helpful in my own life. When you read them, I'm confident you will agree. Be The Light is more than just two books--it's the author's mission to help others grow in faith and character. I highly recommend both volumes for children, teens, and adults.
