Bad language.

As a believer, I do not want to read books that the author feels the need to use profanity. I have reach well past adulthood and in all that time profanity has not been necessary. I choose to read Christian fiction so I don't have to see this. After I ran across a few, I stopped, and will delete the ebook as soon as I leave the comment.

Awesome Book.

I thought your book was wonderful. It was one of those books that draws you in and makes you feel like you are a part of it. I loved how I felt so close to the characters and it brought tears to my eyes like I was there in the moment with the characters of the book. I have recommend your book to all my family and friends. You are a great author and I truly enjoyed reading it.

Anchor of Hope is book 1 of the Sweet Home Series by Kiah Stevens. It is a Christian novel that explores the idea of forgiveness and belief. It is short and easy to read in a small amount of time. The book is really good.
Ashley Harper is the design editor of The Brooklyn Times. She has a job she loves, a boyfriend she loves, and a roommate she adores. Everything seems to have come together to make her life in New York City a success. On the eve of her leaving to return to her home town of Sweet Home, Oregon, Steven asks her out to dinner. During dinner, he pops the question, “Will you move in with me?” Stunned as she had thought he might have been asking her to get married although she knew he didn’t believe in marriage. However, she wasn’t sure she was ready to move in with him. He reluctantly agreed to wait until she returned from her Mother’s wedding before making a final decision. He was headed to Japan to finalize a deal which would project him into a partnership in the law firm.
Upon arriving in Sweet Home, Ashley feels right at home and is accepted readily. She knows she will be running into her former boyfriend, Jay Henderson, while she is home. She knew she hurt him when she moved; but at the time it was what she needed. She isn’t ready for his hostility when she first presents him with a check from her brother. Where does she fit in? What is she going to do now?
